Hydrotherapy

Exercise in warm water can help many types of arthritis regardless of how many joints are affected. The warmth of the water allows your muscles to relax, its buoyancy supports your weight, together easing pain in the joints helping you to exercise.

It can also be used for resistance training to improve muscle strength.

This service will incur a small extra charge for use of the pool. Please contact me for further details.
